Refund policy

Overview

At Bender Audio, we create artist-focused plugins designed to help you stay in flow and make music without friction. Because our products are digital software downloads, all sales are considered final once the license key has been delivered.

That said, we believe in fairness and want every customer to have a great experience. If you encounter an issue with installation, activation, or compatibility, our team will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • You experience a technical issue preventing the plugin from functioning and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

  • A duplicate order was placed accidentally.

In all other cases — including change of mind, misunderstanding of features, or third-party software incompatibility — we cannot issue refunds due to the nature of digital goods.

 

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@benderaudio.com within 14 days of purchase.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges between different plugins.

If you purchased a product in error and qualify for a refund, you can use that refund to purchase the correct plugin.

 

 

Technical Support

If you’re having trouble with activation, performance, or installation, please reach out before requesting a refund.

Our support team is available to assist with setup on macOS and Windows (VST3, AU, AAX) and can often help resolve issues without needing to process a return.
